Appointments are limited to 1–2 people total in treatment room due to space and noise limitations.Age Requirement
Clients must be 18 or older and capable of making their own decisions.Hair Services
Hair must be clean and free of any products prior to the appointment.
No shampoo is provided in the suite for any hair services. Minimal products are used.Hair Removal
Allow at least 3 weeks between waxing or shaving. Hair should be at least 1/4" long (about a grain of rice) for best results.
Hair that has been trimmed, clipped, shaved, or waxed before the appointment cannot be guaranteed and may need to be rescheduled.
Please follow all pre‑ and post‑care instructions to help prevent irritation and ingrown hairs.Late Cancellations
Please be respectful of my time and others.
Missed appointments waste my time, affect my income, and block the ability for others to get in.
Missed appointments may incur a minimum fee of $30 or up to 50% of the service booked, whichever is greater.Late Arrivals
If time does not allow arrivals more than 10 minutes late may be rescheduled and charged a minimum late fee of $30.
This fee will be added to the next scheduled appointment.Sickness
If you have a fever, cold, or flu, please reschedule your appointment as soon as possible.
Clients who call out sick are expected to reschedule; those who do not, may be marked as a no‑show.No‑Shows
Clients who do not call or show up for their appointment will be marked as a no‑show and will not be allowed to rebook.
Everyone receives several appointment reminders and is able to cancel online up to 24 hours before their appointment.Gratuity
"Cash" tips are preffered. If you are happy with the service, tips are greatly appreciated but not required.Gift Cards
No refunds, not for resale, and cannot be redeemed for cash. Lost, stolen, or damaged gift cards will not be replaced.Satisfaction Policy
If you are not fully happy with your results, please contact me within 72 hours so I can make any necessary adjustments.
I want you to feel confident and satisfied with your service, and I’m always happy to correct anything that may have been missed.
